Nếu bạn mới đến giáo xứ, hoặc đã và đang tham dự thánh lễ thường xuyên tại đây nhưng chưa chính thức gia nhập giáo xứ, xin mời bạn ghi danh gia nhập giáo xứ.  Gia nhập giáo xứ thể hiện việc bạn muốn là một phần tử góp phần xây dựng gia đình giáo xứ.  Bạn cần phải là thành viên của giáo xứ để được xác nhận khi đỡ đầu Rửa Tội hoặc Thêm Sức, hoặc cần giấy giới thiệu để kết hôn đến những địa phận ngoài Dallas.

  Giáo xứ có nhiều Hội đoàn, ban ngành, bạn có thể tham dự Hội đoàn nào thích hợp với khả năng, một cách để phụng sự Chúa và tha nhân. 

  Parish Registration 

  If you are new to our parish, or have lived here for sometime, and are interested in joining Mother of Perpetual Help parish family, you are invited to register with our parish.

  Often people attend Mass at a parish for months or sometimes years, but never officially register. Registering at Mother of Perpetual Help is the expression of your commitment to being part of our parish family. Being a registered parishioner also makes the process much simpler when it's time for receiving sacraments, registering for faith formation, and sponsoring a sacrament recipient or receiving a recommendation letter for marriage in  other dioceses.

  Make your commitment to Mother of Perpetual Help parish family by registering at your earliest convenience.  We hope you will consider the many opportunities to get involved in parish life. We encourage you to seek out those ministries, organizations and/or faith formation, Viet Ngu programs, where you can serve God by giving your time, talent and treasure in service of others.
