Kể từ Chúa nhật 1/11/2015, Giáo xứ bắt đầu “Chương Trình Cầu Nguyện Cho Ơn Gọi Với Chén Thánh Gia Đình” nhằm khuyến khích các gia đình cầu nguyện cho việc gia tăng các ơn gọi linh mục và tu sĩ nam nữ bởi vì chính từ trong gia đình mà hạt giống ơn gọi được nuôi dưỡng và phát triển. Để thực hiện điều này, vào cuối mỗi Thánh Lễ thứ Bảy & Chúa nhật, Cha Chủ tế sẽ mời một gia đình lên nhận lấy Chén Thánh về nhà và đặt ở một nơi xứng đáng để mọi người cầu nguyện mỗi ngày cho ơn gọi trong suốt một tuần lễ với bản kinh kèm theo rất ngắn gọn (tiếng Việt & tiếng Anh). Vào thứ Bảy kế tiếp, gia đình này sẽ đưa lại Chén Thánh đặt vào trong Phòng Thánh để đến lượt gia đình khác.

Kính mời các gia đình, đặc biệt những gia đình có con nhỏ, xin ghi danh sau Thánh lễ để nhận lấy Chén Thánh về cầu nguyện cho Ơn Gọi.

To increase the number of families praying for vocations of the priesthood and religious life, as from Sunday November 1st, 2015, the Parish will begin the “Family Chalice for Vocations Program”. It is from within the family that we will sow the seeds of vocations to the priesthood and religious life. Before the end of the Sunday Mass, the Celebrant calls forth the designated family to present them with the Family Chalice, and then he commissions them to pray for vocations to the priesthood and religious life. The family takes the chalice home, placing it where they can gather and pray each day for vocations with the help of the Family Chalice Prayer Guide. On the following Saturday, the Family Chalice is returned to the sacristy of the Church.

The families, especially families with children, are encouraged to register in order to participate in the Family Chalice Vocations Program.
